12seconds是一个视频微博客服务，其特点正如其名字所示，多有的视频都只能录制12秒。尽管其视频功能没有我前面介绍的Seemic来的强大，不过个人感觉12seconds更加具备微博客的特征，首先12秒的时间限制，个人觉得是个很不错的创意，能够体现其微的特性，其实不做时间限制的话，可能也就变成一个视频分享网站了。
